1 Booking Your Session
1.1 Each photography session is subject to a refundable booking deposit, taken at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment date and time. For studio sessions the refundable booking deposit is £50 & for Home or Locations sessions the refundable booking deposit is £100.
1.2 Booking Deposits can be used as part payment towards any products purchased at your viewing session. If you do not make a purchase at your viewing session, we require you to confirm your card details before processing the refund of your booking deposit. Please either do so at the end of your viewing appointment or call our team on 02073235999 to provide details by phone. Booking deposit refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your account.
1.3 Imagethirst are happy to travel globally for your photography sessions. Locations within the M25 do not incur a travel fee but travel charges outside of the M25 may apply. Sessions in Europe are usually charged at travel (often flights or trains) plus one night’s accommodation. Other countries POA.
1.4 You will receive confirmation of your booking by email along with our product guide and helpful information on how to prepare for your session.
1.5 All bookings are subject to a 14 day cooling off period in which an appointment can be amended or cancelled without incurring a charge.
2.1 Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.
2.2 We offer a professional service and reserve the right to deny or cut short the session if any of our staff feel that a client’s behaviour or presentation compromises the experience for other clients or our staff.
2.3 We do not offer childcare or petcare facilities and we kindly request you ensure that there is a responsible adult with you to supervise any children and/or pets during the session. We do offer baby changing facilities and limited toys to entertain your children. We do not accept any liability for illness or injuries sustained on our premises.
2.4 There is a no food policy in the studio due to allergies and pets.
2.5 While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your personal belongings, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during your session.
2.6 Please allow 90 minutes for your session unless otherwise confirmed at the time of booking your appointment.
2.7 You are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
2.8 If you do not arrive by your scheduled appointment time, your appointment cannot be guaranteed. In such cases we may provide a shortened session or cancel the appointment altogether. Booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of your appointment being cancelled by us as a result of your arriving late. You will be required to pay another refundable Booking Deposit to book another appointment date.
3.1 Appointments can be changed by calling the Diary Management Team on 02073235999 or by emailing mail@imagethirst.com
3.2 Appointment changes may be subject to additional refundable booking deposit charges. These charges vary according to booking type.
3.3 You are required to provide at least 3 days’ notice if you wish to change your appointment date.
3.4 If you do not provide us with at least 3 days’ notice to change your appointment date, Booking Deposits are non-refundable. You may be required to pay another refundable Booking Deposit to book another appointment date.

4.2 If you do not provide us with at least 3 days’ notice to cancel your appointment, Booking deposits are non-refundable.
4.3 Imagethirst understand emergencies happen and try to be as accommodating as possible. Management at Imagethirst will have final say on whether a booking deposit will be forfeit for a cancellation.
5.1 Booking deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment. You will be required to pay another refundable booking deposit to book another appointment date.
6.1 You are under no obligation to purchase prints, images or any products from your photography session. We operate a ‘no pressure’ sales policy.
6.2 Complimentary prints included in any package do not include digital images, compilation videos or creative suggestions.
6.3 Booking Deposits are non-refundable if you do not complete the viewing session on the day of your appointment.
6.4 Any discounts or special offers provided on the day of your appointment will not apply to any subsequent orders that you may place.
6.5 Copyright for all images remains with Imagethirst and images must not be reproduced in any form without permission from the company. However, if you purchase any images in digital format, you will be granted permission to reproduce images as you wish.
6.6 Digital image orders will be despatched within 5 days of order payment. Print orders will be despatched within 56 days of proof approval.
6.7 Any order placed in your viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled. Order upgrades may be possible and assessed upon request.
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of the provision of photography services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the session. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment or the inability to use the images.
7.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By booking a session, you consent to us collecting and processing your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your personal data.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the change is published.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.1 By booking an appointment with Imagethirst, you are subject to these full Terms and Conditions.
11.2 Imagethirst captures images and audio by CCT cameras operating on the premises.
11.3 All queries, complaints or suggestions should be marked for the attention of “The Director” and emailed to mail@imagethirst.com or posted to 108 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 6PG.
