The Session

How we work

All sessions are paid advance

  1. With your voucher at hand, call us when you are ready to make your booking. We are available to shoot Monday – Sunday 10am – 6pm.
  2. We send a confirmation of your booking, together with a list of ‘helpful hints’. Your photographer will contact you prior to your shoot to discuss any special requirements, how best to personalise your images and how to make the most of your time with us.
  3. On the day, your photographer will start the session by talking you through the shoot and your requirements. He/she will guide you and your family on how and where to pose to achieve your desired results. Our goal is to make you feel and look fantastic and capture your family in a relaxed fun manner.
  4. When the session is complete your photographer will return to the studio to edit, retouch and ensure your portraits are absolutely unique. A beautiful show of colour and black and white images will be prepared for you. Your viewing will be booked at the same time as your shoot.
  5. Prior to your viewing we touch base with you to answer any questions and to ensure you are all set and excited to see your images. Your viewing is around an hour and a half and takes place at our studio in Great Portland Street, generally within a week of you shoot. Fall in love with your favourites and choose the display that compliments the image the most.
  6. Your order will be ready for collection or dispatch normally within 2-3 weeks. Rush orders are available on request.
